By using Kandid you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Kandid helps you audit, rewrite, and track job applications. Outputs are suggestions based on material you provide. You remain responsible for what you submit to employers.

No job or interview guarantee

We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. Scores and estimates are labelled by basis (deterministic, heuristic, or data-informed) and must not be treated as predictions.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit fraudulent CVs or invent experience in the product.
• Do not use Kandid for live interview deception or to impersonate someone else.
• Do not abuse rate limits, scrape the service, or attack accounts.

Accounts and billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe according to the pricing shown at signup. You may cancel according to your plan's portal. Free tiers have usage caps enforced server-side.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kandid is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for hiring decisions made by third parties or for losses arising from how you use generated content.
